Anthropologie July 2011 Lookbook

I must have everything in their lookbook! The mixture of the mustard yellow with nude cream-tones are so appealing... Pairing flats with stockings and knee-length skirts creating layers of different patterns and textures looks effortless and perfect for everyday wear. Switching from jean bottoms to denim button-up tops, flowy blouses and loose sweaters really update a boring casual look and morph it into a sophisticated chic outfit. Although price points are pretty high, I'd like to take create my own outfits using Anthropologie's lookbook as inspiration!

Zara: Bright Eyes

Summer is definitely here! Stay cool during the heat wave by wearing bright colors... Sure you'll catch more glances in your direction, but you can't go wrong with these dresses I found in Zara! I would say Zara is classy, sophisticated, work-appropriate and super cute! I would even be brave enough to call it a fancy version of H&M. The price points might be a little high, but the clothes are made with better quality and fabrics. Plus, these pieces are timeless and can stay in your closet for decades to come!!!!
