It's great to find deals under $20! I think Forever 21 has become a fun place for bargain hunting. I've noticed their prices have started to rise and the quality of their products haven't improved, but if you're on a budget for new trendy styles and you're constantly changing your 'look' anyways... I think Forever 21 would be could place to look for staple pieces! Especially if you're a fan of Urban Outfitters, I've seen some similar items at Forever 21 at a cheaper price tag...
